We strive to to get your order to your door as soon as we can! All in-stock items will be shipped by the next business day after receiving your payment. Most orders received before 3pm Monday through Friday will be shipped on the same day. We do not ship on US holidays or weekends. We will ship your order using either USPS or FedEx.
We are shipping to addresses in the United States, Canada, US Military APO/FPO Boxes, and US Territories (including American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands).
If you order an item that is not in stock, or you order more of an item than we have in stock, we will contact you by email to let you know what items in your order are in stock, and the estimated date the remaining items will be back in stock. At that time you will have the option to decide if you want to cancel your order or wait until we have more in stock.
We offer a 30 day return policy on most items in our store. Any items not eligible for returns will be indicated on the product details page. Items must be returned in their original condition and with all pieces to be eligible for a refund. Generally you must pay for the return shipping to us and the original shipping charge you paid cannot be refunded. Exceptions to that are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are usually in circumstances where the wrong item was sent to you, or if the items condition is not as described.
