Shipping Information

We strive to to get your order to your door as soon as we can!  All in-stock items will be shipped in 1-2 business days after receiving payment.  We do not ship on holidays or weekends.  We will ship your order using either USPS or FedEx.  Currently we are only shipping to addresses within the continental United States.

 

Out of Stock Items

If you order an item that is not in stock, or you order more of an item than we have in stock, we will contact you by email to let you know what items in your order are in stock, and the estimated date the remaining items will be back in stock.  At that time you will have the option to decide if you want to cancel your order or wait until we have more in stock.

 

Returns

We offer a 30 day return policy on most items in our store.  Any items not eligible for returns will be indicated on the product details page.  Items must be returned in their original condition and with all pieces to be eligible for a refund.  You must pay for the return shipping to us, and the original shipping charge you paid cannot be refunded.

If you need to return an item to us, please go to our Return Request page and provide your order details and the reason for your return.
