Bigfoot Rewards Program
Terms and Conditions

Opt-In to Bigfoot Rewards:
All users must accept these terms and conditions and create an account with Thunderhead Outfitters to opt-in to the Bigfoot Rewards Program in order to earn, accure, and redeem rewards points. The program is free to join and free to use. Membership in the program is ongoing unless the user requests to be removed or is removed due to abuse of the program. Once the user is opted-in to the rewards program, rewards points can be earned and accrued for redemption as described below until the user leaves or is removed from the program.
All of the information collected by Thunderhead Outfitters, partnering with Smile.io, is to facilitate the Bigfoot Rewards Program and to be used only for the purpose of providing value to the user through the rewards program. The user will receive a transactional email when rewards points are earned or redeemed even if they are not subscribed to any marketing emails.
Earning Rewards Points:
You will earn 5 points for every dollar you spend. If you reduce the product total by applying a gift certificate, redeeming rewards points, or using other coupons, you will not earn any rewards points on the amount of the total that was reduced. For example if your merchandise total is $50 but you redeem a $20 reward and apply it during checkout, you will only earn rewards points on the remaining $30 balance ($30 x 5 points = 150 points). You will not earn any rewards points for paying sales tax or shipping fees. Or if you have a merchandise total of $20 but you apply a $5 off coupon, you would only earn rewards points on $15 for the order ($15 x 5 points = 75 points).
Rewards points will be added to your account after your order has been shipped.
Referral Program:
You can also earn an extra $5 reward by referring your friends to join the Bigfoot Rewards Program. Once your friend joins the program and makes a purchase, you will both receive a $5 off coupon. You are not permitted to use the referral program to send a referral to yourself or to someone else living at the same residence as you. If you are found to have misused the referral program, any accounts involved will be immediately removed from the rewards program and forfeit any rewards points balances. Checking Your Rewards Points Balance:
You can check your rewards points balance any time by opening the Rewards panel, found in the bottom right corner of any page. You must be signed in to your account to see your rewards points balance. Your points balance will be displayed in this panel, and you also have the option to view your points history to see your rewards points activity.
Redeeming Rewards Points:
Available offers for redeeming rewards points are shown on the Rewards panel, found in the bottom right corner of any page. You must be signed in to your accout to see your available offers. Click on All Rewards to see what offers are available. Once you have earned enough points to redeem an offer you will see a button to redeem the offer. This reward can then be automatically applied to your shopping cart, or you can copy and paste the code into the Coupon field in your shopping cart.
Bonus Rewards Promotions:
You may see that occasionally we may run a special promotion where we increase the number of points earned for every dollar by 2x, 3x, or even 4x! These special bonus promotions or incentives may have caps on the maximum amounts of points you can earn and may have limitations on which products are eligible for the bonus rewards points.
Rewards Points and Gift Certificates:
You cannot use rewards points to purchase a gift certificate, however you will still earn rewards points for the value of the gift certificate purchased. If you are making a purchase and paying with a gift certificate, you will not earn any rewards points on the portion of the order paid for with the gift certificate. For example if your merchandise total is $50 but you redeem a $20 gift certificate during checkout, you will only earn rewards points on the remaining $30 balance ($30 x 5 points = 150 points).
Product Returns and Rewards Points:
If you return all or part of an order, we deduct the rewards points that were earned from your account. If your total rewards points balance is less than this deduction, then your refund for the return is reduced by the difference.
Leaving the Program:
We don't think there is any reason you'd want to leave this rewards program, but if you do, you may choose to opt-out of the rewards program at any time by sending us an email or calling us at 937-350-1787 and requesting to be removed from the rewards program. If you choose to leave the program, any unused rewards points in your account will be removed upon the completion of your removal request.
Abuse:
We created this rewards program as a way to reward our loyal customers with discounts and a provide better value on their purchases. If Thunderhead Outfitters determines that any user is abusing the program by attempting to game the points system, buying for resale, misusing the product returns program, or any other reason at the sole discretion of Thunderhead Outfitters, the user will be immediately removed from the program and any accrued rewards points will be removed from the user's account.
