This is a genuine U.S. Military Issue compression sack, a component of the Military's Improved Modular Sleep System (IMSS). Made of a water resistant nylon fabric in urban grey / foliage color and cylindrical in shape. The stuff sack is equipped with a nylon drawstring for closure and hood style top cover for compression.
Item Configurations
- Large - Measures approx. 30" x 14" and has 6 straps, 1 adjustable side release buckle, and 5 adjustable ladder-lock buckles for compression. Designed to carry the entire sleep system. NSN: 8465-01-547-2757
- Small - Measures approx. 19" x 10" and has 3 straps, 1 adjustable side release buckle, and two ladder-lock buckles for compression. Designed to carry 2 components of the sleep system. NSN: 8465-01-547-2656

Bought a small compression sack listed as "very good" and it's pretty much brand new. Very pleased. These are great for carry 2 pieces of the IMSS or MSS.
